An organization to stay abreast of the increasing complexity of the environment must react with more diverse, more complex structures and processes; in consequence the organization has to learn, to incorporate and to internalize the handling of increased complexity. Therefore especially strategies have to be reassessed and evaluated against new requirements and if necessary changes have to be designed and initiated.
