As interim manager I implement the results of business consulting or internally developed plans as leader of the internal project team. Barriers and obstructions are excluded since the interim manager has no hidden agenda with respect to career in the enterprise. As interim manager I offer to lead the project for its duration and to sustainably introduce the intended changes.
